Olufemi Sode

Olufemi Sode is an experienced nursing professional and healthcare leader with more than 17 years of experience across acute care, long-term care, community health, and home health settings. His career reflects a commitment to patient-centered care, professional development, and creating opportunities for others to grow within the nursing profession.

Beginning his healthcare career as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Olufemi continued advancing his education and experience, becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse before earning an associate degree in nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He continues to expand his knowledge through graduate-level studies.

Today, Olufemi serves as President, CEO, and Director of Nursing at Total Health Care Services, which provides nursing services in Florida and New Jersey. In this role, he combines clinical experience with organizational leadership, staff development, mentorship, and a continued focus on delivering dependable, compassionate care.
